This is a known issue and it has been caused by multiple license files in your licenses folder.
Follow simple steps below to fix this issue.
- Go to
- For Windows 7 "C:\ProgramData\ParallelGraphics\Licenses"
- For Windows XP "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ParallelGraphics\Licenses"
- Make sure to back up all license files
- Identify and delete all old RapidAuthor 6.x license files (i.e. keep only new one)
- Reboot your machine
Your tool should now run.
