"License is invalid. License has expired." error message when launching the tool after activating the product

 

This is a known issue and it has been caused by multiple license files in your licenses folder.

Follow simple steps below to fix this issue.

  • Go to
    • For Windows 7 "C:\ProgramData\ParallelGraphics\Licenses"
    • For Windows XP "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ParallelGraphics\Licenses"
  • Make sure to back up all license files
  • Identify and delete all old RapidAuthor 6.x license files (i.e. keep only new one)
  • Reboot your machine

Your tool should now run.
